Tom Gay hosted the first meeting in the International User Group (IUG) December 8th 2009 in Washington DC. There were altogether 30 delegates and other interested parties who attended the meeting.
Mr. Gay announced: it is time for the users to stand up and set the agenda.
The delegates made eight resolutions which was sendt to the International Council for final decition.
